Without Balance and Internet packs.
First thing first You need to
Download Android Intercom app from Google Playstore.
After installing it...
Go to option and select PTT Push to talk, and also Turn Your Phone to it's Loudspeaker.
Connect two or more phones Via WiFi Hotspot. And enjoy Free calls.
