How to make Butter Scotch Candy/ Lacto Butter Toffee in Easy 3 Steps.

1.1 How to make Lacto Butter Toffee/ Butter Scotch Candy.
   Ingredients
a.      Milk                              250 ml.
b.      Sugar                           100 gm.
c.       Butter                           25 gm.
d.      Glucose Powder          75 gm.

Lets Do it
Step; 1.
 Firstly boil the milk at constant Flame and When it starts Bubbling Add all Sugar in it.
Now mix it with the help of Spoon, Do it sooner otherwise the sugar may clot.
Step; 2.
Now Add Butter And Glucose Powder, Keep moving your spoon in the mixtures container.
Now put Stoves flame little high, You will see the mixture is turning Little reddish and Thicker.
Step; 3.
When in the Thick mixture shows bubbles in the pan.
Immediately pour the mixture in a separate shaped container as you want the shape of the toffee.. Keep it for 10 to 15 Minutes Till it hardens

Note:- Do not forget to Lubricate the pouring Container With Butter /Ghee.   
You Can Also add Peanuts  Cashews or Garnished Coconut Stripes To make it More creative and tasty.
